We're putting together a "Class of '62" PHOTO power point show for our 45th Reunion.

May 5th MEETING MINUTES

Committee Members met May 5th and covered many "new business" items.

(See earlier blog posts for the total list of plans.)

Tasks/Assignments/Plans included:

1- Remembrance booklet plans have been completed.

2- Calls to classmates to give them a "heads up" on the reunion and to update database info will take place in the near future.

3- Mailing label, invitation & questionnaire plans have been finalized.

4- Name tag, room/table decoration & Homecoming Float plans have been finalized.

5- Ms. Knoll will be contacted with a personal invitation.

6- A final list of "giveaway" items will be produced at the next meeting.

7- An agenda for the evening is under development.

8- NEXT MEETING is scheduled for Saturday, July 7, 2007, at high noon, at "Jimmys Restaurant" in Jackson, Wisconsin, on the corner of Highways 60 and P.

May 5th Meeting Location Changed!!!

New meeting location is Hartford's "Mineshaft Restaurant."


Sudden "change of venue" for the Saturday, May 5th, high noon, meeting of the 45th Reunion Committee of the "Class of '62" is due to the sudden closing of "The Movie House Grill" (and West Bend's "Charcoal Grill").
