Today, May 17, 2009, is the first anniversary of the death of our classmate, Mary (McCrackin) Wittig who died in 2008 after battling cancer for almost two years.Mary's obituary goes on to note that she is survived by her husband of 44 years, Marvin Wittig. She is also survived by her children: Marlene (Steve) Randazzo, Monica (Ted) Orth, Marvin Jr. (Debbie) Wittig, Mark (Jennifer) Wittig. She is further survived by her grandchildren: Ashley, Alex, Jacob & Stephanie Randazzo, Emily Wittig and Hailey Orth.
We extend our belated sympathy and prayers to the family of Mary (McCrackin) Wittig on behalf of Hartford Union High School's "Class of '62."
